These are the legal Terms and Conditions under which we may from time to time supply products, goods and or merchandise listed on our website www.radioicefm.com, to you. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering any products, goods and or merchandise from our site. Using our site indicates that you accept these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, regardless of whether or not you choose to register or buy from us.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the policies and terms referred to below, set out the rules for using www.radioicefm.com, whether as a browser or a registered user. Use of our site includes accessing, browsing, shopping on or registering to use our site. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you start to use our site. We recommend that you print and keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference. By using our site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use you must not use our website, not purchase any products, goods and or merchandise from us or register as a user, friend or crew member.
Where our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties (including where our social media sharing plug-ins include links to third party sites), these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those websites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
This website is owned and operated by Radio Ice International Limited, a company based in the UK and our registered office is M4 Storage Boost, Tollgate Business Park, Tollgate Drive, Stafford, ST16 3HS, Staffordshire, United Kingdom.
You may only purchase products, goods and or merchandise from us if you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and you are an authorised user of a credit or debit card used to pay for your order.
After placing your order for Crew Membership, you will receive an automated acknowledgement. All orders are subject to acceptance by Radio Ice. You will receive an email confirming that Radio Ice has accepted your order when your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch by Radio Ice.
Once Radio Ice accepts your order, a contract to purchase the products, goods and or merchandise from Radio Ice takes effect between you and Radio Ice.
Payment should be made via PayPal. Please ensure if you are using a credit or debit card that you provide the card holder’s name as it is shown on the card, and the billing address corresponds as it appears on the card statement. Payment will be taken in GB pounds (£), and if applicable, your card will be charged according to the exchange rate at that time.
Delivery costs are included within the price of Crew Membership for Products goods and or merchandise sent out in respect Crew Membership at this time. This may alter in the future. If this does change Radio Ice will inform future customers of such a change prior to enrolment.
Products, goods and or merchandise connected with the purchase of Crew Membership will be despatched between seven and twenty one days after receipt of order dependent, upon the availability of said products, goods or merchandise.
Delivery of products goods and or merchandise will be made using a tracked delivery service, and if you have ordered products goods and or merchandise you will be informed by email once the goods have been dispatched.
In a preventative measure to fight fraud, for orders in excess of £300 GB pounds (£), we may require a landline telephone number so that we are able to verify the purchase. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted.
In the event that a product i.e. T Shirt is unsuitable, due to a mistake in ordering the incorrect size, we would expect you to return the garment at your cost, in a new unused condition, complete with tags and labels to our registered address. We will then upon receipt of the T Shirt, dispatch a new T Shirt in the size requested and at our expense. We are prepared to exchange garments i.e. T Shirts due to ordering the incorrect size, once only.
Radio Ice will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of its obligations to you that is caused by events outside Radio Ice’s reasonable control (a “Force Majeure Event”). A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond Radio Ice’s reasonable control and includes (without limitation) the following
- Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
- Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
- Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
- Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; or - The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Radio Ice’s performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and Radio Ice will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. Radio Ice will use its reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which its obligations to you may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
